You probably didn't notice, but Episode 37 is actually a week late. It should of been posted last Monday, but I was on vacation in the south of Spain and had to choose between spending time on the internet or laying around in the sun (as the wifi did not work by the pool). And because I currently live in England, I had to go with the sun option.
But I'm back in the UK, my shorts and sunglasses are packed away in a box, and I've got another hour long mix tape for you to pop in the headphones and soundtrack an hour of your day (you know, when you're not watching the World Cup).
So press play on the player below and (hopefully) enjoy.
If you like what you hear, it'd be really great if you could hit those Heart & Share buttons, as well as pass this show around on Twitter and Facebook and Tumblr and to anyone you may know that has the same fine taste in music as you. And don't forget to subscribe on iTunes, as you can download all episodes there for free (this one will be up later in the week). Cheers!

And of course, you can always swing by the HI54LOFI Mixcloud page and listen to all 37 episodes of the 'Mix Tape Radio' show. And/Or, swing by iTunes and download the last 36 shows for FREE / subscribe to all future episodes (Episode 37 will be going up on iTunes in about a week… so it wouldn't be a bad idea to click the subscribe button while you're there, no?). And of course, there is also the 24hr stream of tunes that is the Mix Tape Radio internet radio station (where, at some point, you'll hear most of these songs + a whole bunch of others in the pretty big and always getting bigger rotation of quality tuneage). Oh yeah… you'll also find a lot of these tunes (and whole bunch of other gems) on the 'Bandcamp Radio' I recently (re)setup.
Finally, please remember to remember the following: music makes all our lives a bit more bearable, but the continued making of that music requires all of us listeners to give a little love back. Whether that be by buying what we like, sharing a metaphorical pint, or even just the simple act of spreading the word / letting the artist know how much you dig it, anything beyond silent appreciation goes a long way.
